This is a free spin class followed by refreshments and socializing! Don'r worry if you've never tried spin before, it is beginner friendly, low impact, and you can definitely modify if needed/go at your own pace. I promise you won't be the only one! What better space to try something new than with other moms who are in the same boat :) just be ready to jam out and get some movement in! For the mommas who have done and love spin, I hope you show up and show out as well! This is going to be a lot of fun.
